Karkinos – freshly grated ginger provides a soft, deep and citrusy ginger flavour on a light clean malt base with a touch of caramel sweetness. Aged for three months in old Benrinnes Whisky cakes to add extra depth. Finished with a dash of Orange Habanero to compliment the ginger heat and refreshing finish.
