Trail Blazer

Trail Blazer is a crisp, dry but super smooth and drinkable West Coast pale. Centennial and Cascade added throughout the boil layered a silky floral and earthy pine base. Following a super clean fermentation with cali ale yeast, a hefty charge of Amarillo and Simcoe was deployed adding further pine and tropical citrus. Hot side: Centennial / Cascade Cold side: Amarillo/Simcoe
