Poire Belle Helene is brewed in collaboration with our friends at 100% Cold Chain, Série Tontap #4 brings together our Edinburgh brewery and some of France’s finest indie bars and bottle shops including Delirium Caen, Le Chopp’In, Les Herbiers, Starling Burgers, Strasbourg, A La Bière Comme A La Bière, Paris & Le Drunken Bar, Montreuil.

After touring the brewery and graduating from our sour school, our French partners helped co-create this decadent, dessert-inspired sour. Expect poached pears, smooth chocolate, creamy vanilla, and delicate flavours of roasted almonds—a combination inspired by a classic French treat.
