Mandrill Berry Gose is brewed with predominantly Pilsner and wheat and an addition of coriander and sea salt to the boil. Enigma hop was the perfect choice to accentuate the wonderful berry aromas. A serious amount of raspberry strawberry and blackberry puree was added to the conditioning beer. Fresh, fruity and slightly sour, Summer in a glass!
