Gravity Well Brewing

Brewed as part of our Singularity Series special release, Makkuro is our first ever imperial stout brewed without adjuncts. We’ve made stouts with cacao, coconut, vanilla, blueberry, ginger – all sorts. Whenever we did, there was a little voice saying “but it’s so delicious as it is, why not just leave it?” So this time we’ve listened to that voice and created a deliciously drinkable imperial stout using nothing but the finest malts we could get our hands on. Not a doughnut in sight.
