Cadence is an easy drinking, session NEPA dry hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic and Chinook, even at 4.2% its uncompromising on flavour. A high ester producing yeast strain showcases ripe mango on the nose, followed by bright mandarin flavour profile supported by a subtle resinous pine, almost a bitterness. Bright and vibrant colour with moderate carbonation that brings the hop profile to the front of the palate. Light body and seriously sessionable.
